MAINTENANCE PLANNING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum 2-3 years of experience, specifically in heavy/mobile maintenance strategy
Relevant certifications in the required trade or field
Perform mechanical tasks according to PTP and OEM maintenance standards to ensure high mechanical availability
Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
Strong understanding of mechanical availability and appropriate repair and maintenance procedures
Familiarity with mining requirements and production targets
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage

MAINTENANCE PLANNER

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
At least 1 year of experience in heavy/mobile maintenance strategy
Experience with asset key performance indicators, measurement, and analysis
Strong technical knowledge of heavy/mobile equipment and maintenance operations
Solid understanding and experience in repair and maintenance methodologies, including analytical tools
Expertise in cost and capital engineering
Understanding of mining requirements and production targets
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage

PM TECHNICIAN SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

High school diploma in Engineering
Minimum 1 year of experience in the mobile plant mining industry or asset equipment health initiatives
Advanced proficiency in maintenance analytical tools such as VIMS, VHMS, ET, Mpro, and Insite
Strong mechanical awareness and understanding of heavy equipment maintenance management
Knowledge of workforce roles and responsibilities in maintenance operations
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage

PM TECHNICIAN FOREMAN

Qualifications:

High school diploma in Engineering
At least 1 year of experience in the mobile plant mining industry or asset equipment health initiatives
Proficiency in maintenance analytical tools (VIMS, VHMS, ET, Mpro, Insite)
Strong mechanical awareness and expertise in heavy equipment maintenance management
Understanding of maintenance workforce responsibilities
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage

MECHANIC SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in heavy/mobile maintenance strategy
Relevant trade qualifications and certifications
Conduct mechanical tasks following PTP and OEM maintenance standards to ensure high mechanical availability
Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
Strong understanding of mechanical availability, proper repair, and maintenance procedures
Familiarity with mining requirements and production goals
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage

MAINTENANCE FOREMAN

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
At least 1 year of experience in heavy/mobile maintenance strategy
Experience with asset key performance indicators, measurement, and analysis
Strong technical expertise in heavy/mobile equipment and maintenance operations
Deep understanding and experience in repair and maintenance methodologies using analytical tools

MAINTENANCE DISPATCHER

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum 1 year of experience in heavy/mobile maintenance strategy
Experience with asset key performance indicators, measurement, and analysis
Strong technical knowledge of heavy/mobile equipment and maintenance operations
Solid expertise in repair and maintenance methodologies using various analytical tools
Strong knowledge of cost and capital engineering
Understanding of mining requirements and production goals

TYRE ENGINEER

Qualifications:

Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering
Minimum 1 year of experience in the mining industry or possession of internationally recognized trade qualifications
Proficiency in tyre management software such as TTC, enTIRE, Fleetaid, etc.
Strong knowledge of haul road analysis, TKPH, tyre selection, and management
Ability to conduct tyre failure analysis
Understanding of heavy equipment maintenance management systems and standards
Strong skills in report management (technical documentation, management systems, etc.)
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage

EQUIPMENT HEALTH ANALYST

Qualifications:

Diploma degree in Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in the mining industry and equipment health initiatives
Advanced proficiency in maintenance analytical tools (VIMS, VHMS, ET, MPro, Insite)
Expertise in fluid and grease analysis (oil, fuel, coolant, grease)
Strong mechanical awareness and deep understanding of heavy equipment maintenance management
Knowledge of material mechanical properties, including metallurgy and mechanical failure analysis
Strong analytical and lateral thinking abilities
Proficiency in multivariate data analysis
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage

AUTO ELECTRICIAN FOREMAN

Qualifications:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year of experience
Strong knowledge of electrical equipment, cable sizes, and wiring commonly used in installations
Proficiency in electrical system installation and maintenance
Understanding of business operations and production targets
Knowledge of equipment availability and repair planning
Strong commitment, communication, and supervisory skills
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage

WELDER FOREMAN

Qualifications:

High school diploma in Mechanical Engineering
At least 1 year of experience as a welder in the mining industry with a leadership role
Relevant trade qualifications and certifications
Proficiency in operating welding machines and other welding equipment
Knowledge of structural repairs, fatigue patterns, and correct fabrication and welding procedures
Understanding of business operations and production targets
Knowledge of equipment availability and repair planning
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage

TYRE FOREMAN

Qualifications:

High school diploma in Engineering
At least 1 year of experience as a tyre fitter in the mining industry
Strong knowledge of tyre maintenance and repair operations
Ability to conduct tyre failure analysis
Proficiency in managing tyre site reports
Proactive safety mindset and ability to guide subordinates
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage

COST CONTROL

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 1 year of experience as a cost controller, scheduler, or project controller
Knowledge of best practices in project administration and strong communication, organizational, and management skills
Proficiency in using computers and office tools
Ability to determine project control requirements
Detail-oriented with the ability to see the “big picture” and apply analytical and creative thinking
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage

TRAINING SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

High school diploma in any major
At least 1 year of experience in mining and heavy equipment operations
Certification III in Engineering (electrical/electronic and mechanical trades), preferably with Certification IV in Training and Assessment
Strong knowledge of mining processes
Willingness to travel to various project sites
Willing to work extended hours as needed, including covering for unavailable site instructors/coordinators
Strong presentation and leadership skills
