PT Toba Bara Sejahtra Tbk (TBS) is one of the major competitive of thermal coal in Indonesia has diversified into power industry. TBS has secured a coal fired power plant project with PLN. TBS will build and operate 2 x 50 MW high technology coal fired Independent Power Producer (IPP) in Minahasa Utara, Northern Sulawesi. Now we are seeking highly motivated and potential candidate who are able to work in a team, have good interpersonal skill to support the company operation and expansion program:

PROJECT MANAGER

QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Construction/Equivalent 


• At least 15 years of relevant experience in power plant construction, of which 10 years must be functioning at site managerial level, preferably in PLTU Project


• Specific experience of working successfully with ultra-supercritical coal-fired power plants and with Chinese EPC/OEM would be highly advantageous 


• Demonstrated success in leading and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary site, engineering staff and contracted resources.


• Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels in English.

SITE MANAGER

QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Construction/Equivalent


• At least 7 years of relevant experience in planning/scheduling/cost control on power plant constructions, preferably in PLTU Project


• Specific experience of working successfully on combined cycle power plants. 


• Demonstrated success in leading and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary site, engineering staff and contracted resources. 


• Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels in English.


• Willing to be located at Minahasa Utara

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

QUALIFICATION :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering (Diploma Degree with many years of experience are welcome to apply)


• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position (from Power Plant Construction, Oil & Gas and Heavy Industry), preferably in PLTU project


• Required Competencies : Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Methods, Design Engineering


• Good communication, leadership and managerial skills


• Good command in English both verbal and written


• Willing to be located at Minahasa Utara

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

QUALIFICATION :

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering from reputably University


• Minimum 3 years experience in electrical engineering project (project construction or plant maintenance) preferably in PLTU project


• Good competencies on electrical engineering, project management, technology design, and systems analysis.


• Good command in English both verbal and written


• Willing to be located at Minahasa Utara

CIVIL ENGINEER

QUALIFICATION :

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Civil Engineering from reputably University


• Minimum 3 years experience in power plant construction, preferably in PLTU project


• Good competencies on civil engineering, project management, project construction, technology design, and systems analysis.


• Good command in English both verbal and written


• Willing to be located at Minahasa Utara
